Message from the President
Kaken Geneqs' policy is to contribute to the development of a variety of industries, with a special focus on the plastic molding sector, through provision of products and services that support enterprise production and R&D activities.
Our company developed gas injection (gas assist molding) equipment in the 1980s as an OEM product of Asahi Kasei Corporation. This was the first plastic hollow molding technology developed in Japan. It was a landmark development that ironed out the wrinkles of large-scale plastic molding technology, which has earned us an installation base of more than 200 units domestically and abroad.
In recent years, the manufacturing sites for plastic molding have shifted overseas, mainly to Southeast Asian countries, leading to increased competition the world over. Manufacturers of plastic products used mainly in automotive industry have been pursuing ever higher precision, requiring constant improvements in technological capabilities.
In the future, we will pursue further improvement of product and service quality, mainly focusing on the area of plastic molding. Through these efforts, we will deliver better products and services to support the production and R&D activities of both domestic and foreign enterprises.
Lastly, we will further enhance our mechatronics technologies, including our gas boosters and nitrogen generators, which we have developed through the production of Gas-assist injection molding equipment. We will utilize these base technologies further for branching out into new areas beyond plastic molding, enabling us ultimately to contribute to the healthy growth of industries the world over.
